Entry Requirements
We welcome applications from motivated learners with a strong interest in business and management. Entry routes vary depending on the program level:
Diploma in Business Administration (SCQF Level 8)
- Completion of secondary education (high school, A-levels, or equivalent).
- Mature learners with relevant work experience may also be considered.
Extended Diploma in Business Administration (SCQF Level 11)
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or
- Significant professional or managerial work experience.

3. Offer Letter
If successful, you will receive a conditional or unconditional offer.
4. Fee Payment
Secure your place by paying the first instalment or full tuition fee.
5. Enrolment
Receive login details for the online learning platform and begin your studies.
Credit Transfer & Exemptions
- Learners with prior study in business or management may be eligible for credit exemptions.
- Relevant professional qualifications or substantial work experience can also be assessed for recognition of prior learning (RPL).
- Credit transfer decisions are made on a case-by-case basis in line with IBA's academic policies.

IBA offers multiple intakes each year to provide flexibility:
Application deadlines are typically 4 weeks before the intake date.
Early applications are encouraged to allow sufficient time for processing and enrolment.
